Indian street-food flavour bomb made with roasted potato pieces, puffed rice, raisins and crispy chickpea sprinkles. Mixed together with chaat masala, chilli, coriander, lime juice then topped with a piquant green chutney.

King prawns marinated in our freshly ground DAAKU seafood masala, ginger and seasonal herbs. Served on fried blue corn roti with curried Mayonnaise.

XACUTI CURRY THALI (MILD-MEDIUM, VEGAN, GF) 16.50
Locally grown pattypan squash, potatoes, carrots, beans and courgettes in a Goan-Portuguese Xacuti sauce with dried red chillies, roasted poppy seeds and coconut milk. Served on our Thali plate with basmati rice, tarka daal, sabzi and pickled onions. A good match for our Sauvignon blanc.
ACHARI ALOO GOBHI THALI (MEDIUM,VEGAN, GF) 16.50
Roasted cauliflowers and Cornish potatoes cooked with tangy Panchphoran spices, caramelised onions, ginger and tomatoes. A Punjabi family favourite. Served on our Thali plate with basmati rice, tarka daal, sukhi sabzi and pickled onions. A good match for our Muscadet.
PUNJABI CHICKEN CURRY THALI (MEDIUM, GF) 18.50
Free range Cornish chicken in a luxuriant garlic, yogurt and tomato based curry with cinnamon, cloves and bayleaf. Served on our Thali plate with basmati rice, tarka daal, sukhi sabzi and pickled onions. A good match for our Muscadet.
PORK VINDALOO THALI (MEDIUM-HOT, DF,GF) 19.50
Daaku signature dish of slow cooked, Cornish pork belly & shoulder in a Goan-Portuguese preparation using cider vinegar, garlic & red chillies. The real deal and well balanced heat. Served on our Thali plate with basmati rice, tarka daal, sukhe aloo and pickled onions. A good match for our Pinot Noir.

KAJU KATLI - Cashewnut Marzipan shaped into diamonds and decorated with silver leaf.
